July 3 - pictures of some friends more on this maybe latter as allowed

My journey as a want to be photographer continues. Today I took some pictures of some friends. I liked the composition better than the last time i did this and the faces are definately better lit than the last time i did it. It was harder and easier to group the people than last time and I was very unconfident so I wasn't giving direction very well and I wanted to be a bit organic too. I screwed up the exposre on some of the shots. I still have to learn about that. But I like how the look turned out.



Screwed up the exposure on this one below and i have corrected a bit at home but the face is the closest I think to what in my mind I think looks like a pro shot and I like how it doesn't look like they are looking at the camera. I personally don't like those



This single shot here I personally like the expression and the face is lit well and I think it pops off the background but there is the shadow int he back and that probably could have been corrected had I had someone directing for me with like a shield to fill the shadows. I don't think I flashed to fill so this was just how i place the subject
